General Refund Policy

In compliance with industry standards, our general refund policy applies to all services offered at Lux Aesthetic Medical Services LLC. If you are not satisfied with the results or experience of a particular service, please contact our customer service team within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and be eligible for a refund.

  • We accept refund requests within 72 hours of the appointment date.

  • Please include your full name, contact information, appointment details, and the reason for your refund request.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days from the date of receiving your written refund request.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method provided at the time of booking.
